Tax Certification Letters are available from the Treasurer's Office, and state any tax amounts current, owed, delinquent or liened. They encompass a three-year period and include both the City of Monongahela, and the Ringgold School District, Real Estate Taxes.
To request a Tax Certification Letter, please send a check in the amount of $20.00 (twenty dollars) and made payable to the City of Monongahela to:

You must include with your request the Parcel # and the current owner's name and address. If there are multiple owners for a specific parcel, list them all.
Please allow 10 working days from receipt of request for letters to be issued. No request will be processed without payment.
