Welcome to the official website of the Monongahela City Police Department. Monongahela, locally referred to as Mon City, is a jewel of a community offering low crime rates, excellent amenities and a rich history. I proudly serve alongside the men and women of the Monongahela City Police Department whose commitment to deliver safety and wellbeing to all that visit, work and live in our City. Our officers take pride and greatly appreciate the immense community support we receive and understand that we could not be as effective without it.

Our department has recently enhanced our services to the community and surrounding areas by reinstating our K-9 program and adding Officer Mitch to the department, as well as increasing coverage of our security camera network to include the newly installed Mound Park playground.  In future months, I look forward to continuing with improvements by adding body cameras to the list of equipment along with additional security camera coverage to our public parks.
