Required permits and associated fees, and required Licenses for the City of Monongahela are listed here. Please note that a Building Permit AND Building Permit Addendum are both required for Construction, Plumbing, and Electrical work.

Permits required are:
Building, Plumbing, Electrical, Fence, Residency, Departure, Roof, Sidewalk/Driveway, Sign, and Occupancy.
Licenses required are:
Plumber's License, Eating and Drinking Establishment, and Dog Licenses.

Annual license fee for journeyman plumber $40
EATING AND DRINKING LICENSE FEE

Reinspection fee (if fail first inspection) $35
DOG LICENSES - Required of all dogs - visit the Washington County website for information and purchase.
