The City of Monongahela and New Eagle Borough Joint Comprehensive Plan was funded by a Land Use Planning Technical Assistance Program (LUPTAP) grant provided by the Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development (DCED) and a multi-municipal planning grant from the Local Government Academy (LGA). The Consultant Team was comprised of Mackin Engineering Company, Hometown Planning and Design, and Resource Development & Management, Inc. The plan was prepared on behalf of the City of Monongahela Planning Commission and the Borough of New Eagle Council, with assistance from the Project Steering Committee.
