The City of Monongahela is undertaking the sale of Commemorative Sidewalk Blocks to replace the walks in Chess Park.

Our great city has been home to so many wonderful people and events, and this endeavor will give us the opportunity to honor them forever.

Please review the map of the park and choose the area that is best suited to your needs. You may choose from Boulevard of Honor (for those who have made the greatest impact on your life, our community and our country), Bridal Path (to commemorate marriages and anniversaries both new and old), Walk of Faith, Serene Garden, Sports Arena (for athletes & sports enthusiasts of all sorts), or Family Trees (start as long ago as you like with your ancestors and carry forward to the present or even the future).

If you are still not sure in which area you'd like to purchase a block, visit Chess Park. There is a sign in the park with a map outlining the different areas which should help you to make your selection.
