Tax rate per device:

Poker Machine           $700.00 each
Video Machine           $100.00 each
Pinball Machine          $100.00 each
Bowling Machine         $100.00 each
Pool Table                   $50.00 each
Jukebox                      $50.00 each
Electronic Dartboard     $80.00 each
Stamp Machine            $80.00 each
Misc. (call for info)        $80.00 each
