The Local Service Tax (LST) rate is $10.00. $5.00 is payable to the City of Monongahela, and $5.00 to the Ringgold School District.

Self-employed persons or individuals whose employers are not required to withhold this tax must file a personal return and send payment unless one of the following applies:

1. Another employer has already deducted this tax for this tax year.
2. You are not engaged in a business or occupation within the City.
3. Your total wages and compensation from all sources are less than $1,000.00 annually.
