The Local Service Tax (LST) rate is $10.00. $5.00 goes to the City of Monongahela, and $5.00 to the Ringgold School District.

Employees receiving less than $1,000.00 (one thousand dollars) in wages and compensation annually from all sources are exempt from this tax. This tax is only paid by the employee once per year.

Do NOT send partial payments for your employees; the total sum is due at the time you file the return. If you have employees who have already paid the LST, please include them on your return, and provide evidence of previous deduction. The City does NOT collect the LST for the Ringgold School District; please contact Keystone Municipal Services for information regarding LST for Ringgold.
